Blueberries at Butler's Orchard Summer 2004

Gather ye blueberries while ye may.

The good news is that they're organically grown...

...the bad news is that this means there is nothing to deter non-human eaters.

The wild blueberries were particularly hard-hit...

...as there were beetle orgies going on among their leaves...

...like this three-way.

Fortunately there were lots of berries like these to make up for it.

And the kids didn't notice.
